Eastern Shore Performance Center
Located in the business park, ESPC has classes centered around weight training, cardio, yoga, and more. Classes in both the mornings and evenings are there to fit your schedule, starting as early as 5 am. Even better, if the class times don’t work for you, there are time slots where you can “rent a rack” and receive a preprogrammed workout. Need to head straight to work after your sweat session? A shower is conveniently located within ESPC. Seasonal challenges help athletes stay motivated and focus on nutrition and staying active. Monthly memberships or class packs are available.
Club One is Kent Island’s multi-purpose gym. With a variety of weights and cardio equipment, Club One also has locker rooms, a babysitting room, group fitness classes, and an indoor pool. There is also a women-only area for women that feel more comfortable having a private area to exercise. Fitness classes include yoga, TRX, boot camp, and spin.
CrossFit Kent Island
Down Route 8, CrossFit Kent Island offers CrossFit programs for kids, teens, and adults. Group classes, personal training, and open gym times are all great options for athletes. Whether you are looking to get back in shape or prepare for CrossFit competitions, trainers can help you develop a plan to reach your goals.
With 24/7 access, members can exercise on their schedule. Group fitness classes are also offered and include strength and cardio, senior classes, and yoga. Specialized programs are also offered for those looking for long-term training options.
Sculpt Kent Island offers a wide variety of classes including kickboxing, HIIT bootcamp, TRX, strength and conditioning, and pilates. Options are available for both members and nonmembers. Personal training and wellness counseling are also available.
