In 2017, it was estimated that 118,000 vehicles travel over the Bay Bridge per day. Did you know that less than 20,000 people actually live on Kent Island? Also, Kent Island was recently named, “Top Tourist Attraction in Maryland You’ve Never Heard of” in 2019 by Business Insider!

Kathy Higginbotham aka Kent Island Kathy, Realtor with Keller Williams Flagship is a Kent Island Local. She moved to Kent Island with her family in 2014 and quickly fell in love with her new community, the local beaches, and family owned businesses. As a realtor, Kathy gets asked all the time, “How do you like living on Kent Island?” and “Where should we go?”. And those two questions is how www.ILoveKentIsland.com was born. A passion project and labor of love for Kathy to give all the things there are to love about Kent Island the spotlight it deserves.
