Big Band Night & Fireworks at CBMM

In celebration of Independence Day, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum will host Big Band Night on July 1, inviting guests to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets for an evening of music, dancing, and fireworks along the Miles River.
The Shades of Blue Orchestra brings its signature sound starting at 7pm, and CBMM’s waterfront campus offers a great vantage point to enjoy the St. Michaels fireworks, which begin at dusk that evening. Food, ice cream, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during the event, which is generously sponsored by Eastern Shore Tents & Events.

Fourth of July Fireworks Display Rehoboth Beach
July 2nd, 2023 – 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm
A spectacular fireworks display will launch at approximately 9:30 pm, but depending on weather conditions, fireworks could launch as early as 8 pm or later than 9:30. Fireworks launch from south of Rehoboth Avenue and are visible up and down the beach and boardwalk.
Rock Hall Independence Day Celebration
The annual Waterman’s Day celebration on July 2 (12noon – 2 pm), held at the Rock Hall Bulkhead, is a day full of family-friendly fun, food, vendors, and the “beloved” boat docking contest. Fireworks will be on Monday, July 3 at Rock Hall Harbor. Raindate Wednesday, July 5. The parade in Rock Hall is on Tuesday, July 4 at 10 am to feature local bands. Join the celebration afterward for midway games, talent show, and other family-friendly activities.

Salute to Veterans & Fireworks 2023! North East Town Park
Saluting our Nation’s Veterans in Cecil County on Monday, July 3, 2023. Starting at 6pm there will be a Ceremony, followed by Family-Fun, Food, Music, Displays, and of course – FIREWORKS!
Location: North East Town Park in North East, Maryland, 21901.More details will be confirmed and added here leading up to the BIG EVENT! Details will also be added to www.stoccv.org Seating is on the grass and along the waterfront in the Park. Bring blankets and chairs. Masks are not required this year although they are encouraged.

Queen Anne’s County Annual Fireworks and Family Fun Celebration
Tuesday, July 4, 2023, with a rain date of Wednesday, July 5, 2023. Queen Anne’s County Annual Fireworks will before July 4, 2023. View the fireworks from the Kent Narrows and surrounding area. Chesapeake Heritage and Visitors Center is closed for improvements. Please park in area of the “old outlets” 59 Piney Narrows Road. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy dinner and a firework show from the lawn next to the visitor’s center. Free parking is available at the old outlets and a complimentary shuttle will be provided. When: Tuesday, July 4, 2022 Parking opens at 5pm Family fun starts at 6pm, Fireworks approximately 9:15pm. Food: Food trucks will be available with food to purchase.
City of Annapolis Independence Day Parade and Fireworks
Date: July 4, 2023 Parade 6:30PM to 8PM
Location: Susan Campbell Park, Annapolis
Join this patriotic salute to our nation with marching bands, fire engines old and new, cars and vans, service clubs, and scouts! ROUTE: The parade kicks off at Amos Garrett and West Street. We’ll head down West Street, the wrong way around Church Circle, and down Main Street. Anywhere along the parade route will provide a good view of the parade.
Annapolis 4th of July Fireworks Tuesday, July 4, 8 p.m. – 9:45 p.m.
Annapolis launches its fireworks from a barge in Annapolis Harbor. The best viewing areas include public spaces Northeast of the Severn River, City Dock, along the Naval Academy Bridge (limited parking area), any of the street end parks facing Spa Creek, and aboard a boat in the Annapolis harbor. The Spa Creek Bridge is closed from Eastport into Annapolis at 6 p.m. The bridge will remain closed until the conclusion of the fireworks at approximately 10 p.m. Please be aware that the closer you get to downtown, the harder it will be to park and the more difficulty you will have getting out of town after the celebration. Baltimore City 4th of July Concert and Fireworks
July 4th, 2023
4:00 p.m. -10pm
The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA), Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) and Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore (WPB) are excited to announce that 4th of July festivities are returning to the Harbor!
Starting at 3:00 p.m. there will be food & drink trucks, selfie stations and more at West Shore Park.
At 4:00 p.m. listen to the traditional performance by the Navy Band Commodores at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater.
After the concert, there will be street performers and activities along the promenade.
BSO Artistic Partner and Baltimorean Wordsmith will deliver a spoken word performance of Frederick Douglass’ “What to the Slave Is the Fourth of July?” at 7:30 p.m.
Then at 8:00 p.m., the BSO will host a Star-Spangled Celebration concert under the baton of Assistant Conductor Jonathan Rush.
The full orchestra performance will culminate around 9:30 p.m. with a dazzling 13-minute fireworks display.
